Half amazing, half disappointing

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast included a waffle station with great topping choices! The staff was friendly and cute, always greeting us with smiles.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready on time upon check-in, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

The breakfast was savoury, the check in was easy.

Hotel was absolutely great and nice little, I loved the stay.

Booked a room with jacuzzi.

The waffle topping options were perfect for my kids-they loved it! The hotel was close to some really good restaurants, and parking was decent. Check-in was super fast, and the staff was friendly.

Clean, updated and comfortable. Great value for the money. The laundry facility was a major bonus!

The just came from Hampton Inn Garden District New Orleans where the breakfast bar had a ton more choices. It would be nice if all locations where consistent. Not a deal breaker this is still a very nice hotel.

Property was great and quiet little, we enjoyed this place.

The breakfast was complimentary and savoury with fresh fruit and standard Hilton fare, for instance and had something for everyone.

The waffle topping options were a hit for my kids, leaving them happily full! The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near town and restaurants. I would stay again and recommend this good spot to fellow travelers!

Quiet and comfortable room

The suite I got has a Jacuzzi in the bedroom. I didn't use it, but the plumbing and motor noise came right into my room when the guests in next suite used theirs after midnight. I would recommend not getting a room with Jacuzzi and not using when other guests are sleeping.

the bathroom door was a sliding one (so weird! ). but the waffle topping options were great for kids, and the staff was super friendly. checking in was fast and parking was decent too.

In addition to an excellent stay across the board, I'd like to give a special nod of thanks to the wonderful staff who took great care of us. Cassandra, Morgan, Rachel, and Donald were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful.

A graduation party which was booked for a meeting room spilled out into the lobby, which made us feel uncomfortable, like we were intruding. Cassandra (front desk) tried to keep the party out of the lobby so that the other guests, like us, could utilize and relax in the lobby, but the proximity of the party made that logistically impossible. This isn't an ongoing issue but an occasional one that should be addressed and better planned by management.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for picky eaters.
